Well-being Assessment & Vision

A quick survey is the easiest way to help me find out where you’re at and where you want to go. Since I only want what you want, this is why we do it. In our first 1 on 1 session, we’ll double down on your desired direction and create a vision of your best health as a Vegan. Like a waypoint on a quest map, this vision will be your north star. While we can rewrite it at any moment, studies show that by creating a detailed picture of your future best self, you’re most likely to achieve it.

Perspective Taking

The #1 reason why people quit being Vegan is that they disconnect from the non-Human animals that inspire the movement. Not us. Perspective Taking is how we use empathy to connect to the victims of animal agriculture. This is not for the faint of heart, but I do my best to make it easy. transforming anger into compassion is the quickest way to your value-alignment. Afterwards, you will feel hope that your difference matters, unstoppable in your path to your best health, and empowered to be a Vegan every day.

Customized Nutrition

A standard American diet can lead to over-nutrition and obesity, whereas a Vegan diet can lead to under-nutrition and fatigue. Not with me - I am your certified health coach and registered dietitian! Whether it’s athletic training, better sleep, or anything in between, I am here to help you feel great with ease by nourishing your body and soul with a plant-based diet that works for you. If you just want a meal plan, that works too.
