I believe that Veganism is the best answer Humanity has to end all unnecessary external and internal conflict. Imagine this: every child born into this world is taught that the life of a fish, a fish they will never meet, a fish whose life seems inconsequential, should be given the same respect and compassion that we give to the companion animals in our home or even to ourselves.
How will that child ever grow up to oppress, exploit, or disrespect another Human based on superficial reasons like race, sexuality, or ethnicity? How would they ever develop chronic heart conditions at age 45? They won’t, because peace - both outside and in - begins on our plates. You see, Veganism is very much about Humanity than it is about the non-Human animals I fight for. Remember, We are animals too.
Except, it’s hard to GO Vegan, and even harder to STAY Vegan.
I know this because I wasn’t born Vegan. I wasn’t even born with high empathy either. I hurt other Humans and I hurt other non-Human animals. I loved interacting with them, but I also loved the taste and nourishment their bodies provided. I would seek out the most “divine culinary experiences” and “optimize” my nutrition to allow for them. I love food, and I love feeling healthy.
Fortunately, I have learned how to maintain my love for food and health and align it with my love for animals, but it took me 4 years… At 16 years old, I went Vegan for a year, then I went Keto (wow), then I went Pescatarian, then Lacto-Ovo-Vegetarian, then ovo-Vegetarian, then after so much learning, I went Vegan again at 20 years old. 4 years it took me.
I’m 24 now. I’ve been Vegan for 4 years, and feel amazing. I have the experience and the expertise to guarantee you’ll be able to feel amazing as a Vegan in 4 MONTHS or LESS. Whether you want to go all in, or take a step-by-step approach, I am here to help you do it with ease. No judgments. 1oo% free.
This is my story, and now, this is my mission. Will you join me?

I have an “agenda” - you just read it! But, I am not the Vegan police. I am a Vegan health coach! That means I believe in the power of individual change, but understand that each individual has their own path to get there. I accept and help anyone wanting to take the first step! Even if you just have a small interest in plant-based living, I know it means you think there is a better way for the world and for yourself. My mission is to help you get there with ease. No judgments, 100% free.

Firstly, congratulations! Whether you’re a day 1 or 20 year Vegan feeling hopeless about the world or your health, I can help you achieve your best self.

Eliminating animal products from your diet is easy. Replacing them with nourishing foods you enjoy is hard. This leaves you vulnerable to nutrient deficiencies leading to brain-fog, fatigue, and unintended weight loss… All common on a mismanaged plant-based diet! Many ex-Vegans can attest to these experiences and claim they need animal products to survive, but the difference is that you will be successful because you are seeking help. :)
A Vegan health coach is detail oriented. We can provide the expertise needed to ensure you’re getting all the nutrients people tend to overlook. With an approach customized to your needs, you’ll be thriving on a plant-based diet in no time! -
Typically, sessions are 45 minutes to an hour, once every 2 weeks for 4 months. By this time, most people achieve a majority of their goals, so we move to a once a month frequency to maintain what you’ve accomplished. If you want to do a total body transformation, it may take longer. The point is, coaching takes as long as you want it to!

Tallahassee, Florida, USA! This doesn’t matter, as sessions will be entirely online through Google Meet (EST).

Yes. As mentioned, I do this for the love of non-Human animals and Humanity. I firmly believe in what I do, and think everyone should have access to such a powerful service! Thus, I volunteer as a free Vegan mentor for VeganOutreach.org and Challenge22.com. Plus, while I work on my Masters in Nutrition Science and Registered Dietitian license, I get to practice what I learn!
But, I do understand the power of “putting your money where your mouth is,” so feel free to use whatever money you were willing to spend on a donation. I recommend Direct Action Everywhere (I am not affiliated), as they are a global grassroots network of animal rights activists who tirelessly fight to write animal liberation into law.
